BE-U-T-FUL!

I've been so blessed lately. I've had such beautiful colorways to work with!

This yarn is probably the most beautiful colorway ever! It's called "Hummingbird" and it's dyed by Nurturing threads.
These were my first experience with Celestri. I'd never seen or felt this wool before and I was shocked at how different it feels than say BFL or Merino! I love the finished product thought!
Finally, my very first pair of newborn sized longies. Unfortunately, my wool experience with Jake wasn't that great, but then again, I didn't have any of these adorable small longies! It *almost* makes me want to have another little one.

I feel really proud of these pairs. They are probably the best technical knitting I've done thus far, and I'm feeling super comfortable with my pattern. I still think I'll continue testing until Feb, just to make sure I get everything perfect for the March Grand Launch.

Stripes, Stripes, Stripes

So, I guess it's just the holiday season, but I've been knitting nothing but stripes! This was my last pair-- and definately the last pair of red and white ones I'll be doing for quite a while. My knitting is more of an art expression for me and knitting the same pair over and over is frustrating my creative mojo! BUT, I've become innovative with these pairs-- focusing more on the techincal side of my knits. Honestly, that's where I hope to improve the most during testing. Speaking of testing, I believe my first testing round is becoming a success! I've filled all but one small slot-- and I've had extra requests for work. Hopefully, I'll be able to finish all the business knits in time to finish my personal Christmas knitting!

OH! And be on the look out for the next pair I post. The yarn I recieved is so beautiful, I can't wait to show it off!
